FIELD: processes and equipment for gas cutting of metals, possibly in chemical and oil production machine engineering, in other branches of industry related with manufacture of three-dimension structure of sheet materials.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes bracket 8, head 1 mounted in it and having center pointer 15 and tie rod 4 with rotation drive 2 and vertical motion drive 3 and sleeve 10. Carriage 5 and cutting member 6 are mounted in said tie rod. Cutting member has capacitance type tracking pickup 7 with control unit for regulating height of cutting member. Cutting member is mounted with possibility of rotation. Tie rod is Г-shaped one; its horizontal link is secured to sleeve joined with head with possibility of motion. Vertical link of tie rod supports carriage with possibility of motion. Tracking pickup is in the form of ring arranged on cutting member along the same axis. Control unit of said pickup is arranged in bracket in parallel to head and it is joined with rotation drive and with vertical motion drive of tie rod.
EFFECT: improved versatility of apparatus operating as automatic system due to possibility of tracking displacement of cutting member.
