FIELD: petrochemical industry; production of the plastic lubricant.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of petrochemical industry, in particular, to the plastic lubricants, which may be used predominantly in the assemblies of abrasion of the motor cars and aircrafts, and also in bearings of the rolling mills, the precision instruments and the household gears. Substance: the plastic lubricant contains (in mass %): the lithium soap of the stearic acid or 12-oxystearic acid - 10-13, the superfine powdery tungsten diselenide - 7-9, the ultra-dispersible powdery polytetrafluoroethylene - 1-3, diphenylamine - 0.3-0.5, hydrocarbon oil - the rest. The technical result of the invention is the increased service life of the friction assemblies of the machines and gears due to improvement of the wear-preventive and the antiscoring properties of the lubricant without deterioration of the level of rheological and physicochemical properties.
