FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grease lubricant for heavily loaded sliding friction units based on hydrocarbon oil which contains lithium soap of stearic acid (including stearic acid and lithium hydroxide), lithium soap of 12-oxystearic acid (including 12-oxystearic acid and lithium hydroxide), copper (I) oxide, low-molecular weight polyisobutylene, diphenylamine, poly-alpha-olefin oil, as well as pentaerythritol ester and synthetic C5-C9 fatty acids, wherein the invention employs poly-alpha-olefin oil with a lower viscosity and higher content of copper oxide, such that grease components are taken in the following ratio of components in weight fractions: lithium soap of stearic acid (including stearic acid and lithium hydroxide) 3-10%; lithium soap of 12-oxystearic acid (including 12-oxystearic acid and lithium hydroxide) 5-12%; copper (I) oxide 10.1-15.5%; low-molecular weight polyisobutylene 1-5%; diphenylamine 0.1-0.5%; poly-alpha-olefin oil with viscosity of 2.9-3.9 cSt at 100°C - 35-45%; pentaerythritol ester and synthetic C5-C9 fatty acids - the balance.
EFFECT: improved low-temperature properties and high stability of the grease for prolonged loads.
