SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an intermetallic compound NiAl-base powdery heat-resistant alloy and articles made of its. Invention proposes an intermetallic compound NiAl-base powdery heat-resistant alloy and article made of its. Alloy comprises the following chemical compositions, wt.-%: chrome, 1.5-3.5; molybdenum, 0.5-1.6; tungsten, 0.5-1.5; titanium, 0.2-0.6; cobalt, 0.4-1.5; calcium 0.01-0.2, and NiAl, the balance. Alloy shows enhanced indices of hardness, erosion stability and resistance against heat impacts at temperatures 1100°C and 1200°C that provides high abrasion resistance of articles made of proposed alloy and, therefore, heat and power charges, their resource and safety.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of alloy and articles.
