FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: alloy on the basis of intermetallide NiAl contains, wt %: aluminium 24-30, cobalt 8.0-18.0, niobium 3-5, nickel - the rest. Powder of alloy with particles size less than 10 micrometre is placed into steel capsules and extruded with heating temperature from 1000 up to 1200°C and elongation ratio not less than 15. Then there are removed material of capsule from extruded semi-finished product, it is implemented mechanical operation of semi-finished product for receiving of part blank and thermal treatment of blank at temperature from 1450 up to 1550°C.

EFFECT: alloy allows high strength in heat-treated condition.
