FIELD: analysis of material; testing facilities.

SUBSTANCE: data matter-carrier is subject to radiation, which has spectral characteristics of chemical or biological object to be detected within energy band (range) from IR-red radiation to UV-radiation (standard spectrum). Absorption band of standard spectrum is registered by matter-carrier. Location of intensity maximum, peak intensity, half-width of absorption band and shift in location of maximum is determined within absorption band. In case peak intensity increases simultaneously with reduction in half-width of absorption band comparing to medium without energy-information influence, structural changes are judged to be definite in tested medium and presence of chemical and biological agents is determined. Residual influence of chemical matters and biological agents onto tested medium is detected.
