FIELD: food industry, systems testing quality of liqueur and vodka articles for their identification. SUBSTANCE: given process can also be used to test quality of other food liquids. Process consists in conducting of double channel laser correlation spectroscopy. With this in mind laser luminous flux is directed on to tested sample and diffusion of light is recorded along two directions arranged in symmetry relative to axis of light source. Recorded signals are multiplied and determination of primary spectral characteristic function is conducted in frequency band 1.0-120.0 Hz by method of computation and conversion of Fourier autocorrelation function. In characteristic function spectral nucleus is isolated and its intensity, half-width and frequency position of maximum are determined and later compared with corresponding values of standard samples and quality of liqueur and vodka liquids is tested by established result of comparison. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy thanks to growth of signal-to-noise ration and simultaneous usage of several characteristic parameters for identification, reduced testing time of single sample. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
