FOAM CONCRETE MIX AND METHOD OF PREPARATION OF SUCH MIX Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC C04B38/10 

FIELD: manufacture of building materials; manufacture of structural heat-insulating concrete.

SUBSTANCE: foam concrete mix includes portland cement, mineral filler, foaming agent and water; used as mineral filler is crushed natural soft chalk at the following ratio of components, mass-%: portland cement, 27-37; crushed natural soft chalk, 29-41; foaming agent, 0.5-0.8, the remainder being water. Method of preparation of foam concrete mix includes proportioning, loading the components in definite succession and mixing these components in turbulent mixer; additionally, chalk is crushed and crushed chalk is fed to mixer together with portland cement and water; they are being mixed for 4-5 min at increase of fraction of chalk particles lesser than 0.01 mm; then foam agent is added and mix is subjected to foaming and air-entrainment. Invention is discovered in subclaims.

EFFECT: reduction of power requirements; low cost of process; extended sources of raw materials.
