FIELD: building materials industry; devices for preparation of the aerocrete mixture.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the construction cellular concretes and may be used for production of the heat-insulating-constructional material and the constructional materials at manufacture of the components of the buildings and structures in the industrial and civil construction. The technical result of the invention is the increased homogeneity of the aerocrete mixture. The device for preparation of the aerocrete mixture consists of the vertical mixing shaft with the fixed on it mixing vanes and the stationary cylindrical body electrically insulated from each other, with the capability after preliminary stirring action of the source components of the concrete mixture of feeding of the direct electric current at operation of the mixing shaft between the racers of the rolling-contact bearings mounted on the mixing shaft, and the components of their fixation to the body there are the arranged shims - bushes made out of the electro-insulating material - the textolite; on the outer side of the mixing shaft there is the collector ring with the carbon brushes for hooking up of the mixing shaft to the positive pole of the direct-current source; the indicated body is hooked up to the negative pole of the direct-current source with the voltage of 30 V; the stirring vanes have inclination of 10-15° to the mixing shaft and are supplied with the rubber pads along the edges with provision of the dense adhering to the indicated body.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased homogeneity of the aerocrete mixture.
