FIELD: building materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to the technology for the production of heat-insulating and structural thermal-insulating products from autoclaved cellular concrete for various purposes. The method of using return sludge to obtain a raw material mixture in the production of autoclaved cellular concrete involves dividing the return sludge into two parts, with the first part of the return sludge amounting to 15±2% in terms of dry matter by weight of the dry components of the mixture and having a density of 1.40±0.05 g/cm3, fed directly into the casting mixture, and the second part of the return sludge, constituting 3-7% in terms of dry matter of the mass of the dry components of the mixture and having a density of 1.30±0.15 g/cm3, enters a ball mill for wet grinding together with quartz sand. This provides a modified silica component, which is fed into the potting mixture.

EFFECT: new principle of introducing return sludge and grinding the siliceous component, due to which the efficiency of the grinding section is increased, the water-solid ratio of the raw mixture is reduced, the structure of the cellular concrete mixture is improved, binders are saved without deteriorating the technological parameters of production and loss of quality of the finished product.
