SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing agent possessing hepatoprotective and cholagogic effects. Method for preparing agent possessing hepatoprotective and cholagogic effects involves extraction of milled raw and separation of extract wherein species of medicinal vegetable raw is used as raw: saltwort herb, celandine herb and tansy flowers with a definite residual moisture and taken in the definite ratio. Raw is milled to a definite size of particles and the successive three-fold extraction of raw is carried out with 70% ethyl alcohol and purified water in the definite ratio raw : extractant by the step-by-step countercurrent extraction procedure. Above described method provides preparing agent with the enhanced yield of biologically active substances that possesses the effective hepatoprotective and cholagogic effects.
