FIELD: chemical industry; methods of manufacture of the antifrictional products.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the production technology of the laminated plastics and may be used for manufacture of the antifrictional products. The method includes grooving on the bearing surface of the products of the grooves with the profile made in the form of the dovetail and fixation on it of the antifrictional polymer film. Fixation of the film is realized by pressing the polymer film in the grooves with the help of the stretching member and filling-up of the remained volume of the grooves with the polymeric composition. The profile of the stretching member after insertion into the groove is deformed in width along the greater part of the groove. As the stretching member use the metallic small tube. Deformation of the stretching member profile is conducted by pressurization of the small tube cavity by the roll running. The grooves are cut along the screw line. The polymeric film pressing into the grooves channels is exercised by means of its squeezing by usage of the profile of the metallic small tube. The ends of the small metallic tube after deformation of the profile are fixed on the product, for example, by welding. The invention allows to increase the service life of the antifrictional products.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased service life of the antifrictional products.
