FIELD: manufacturing technology of laminated articles. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of plain bearing consist in cutting of grooves in internal surface of bushing and fixing of antifriction film in it by way of embedding its sections into grooves and by filling left space of grooves with liquid composition with its subsequent solidification. Antifriction film is pressed into grooves by pressure formed by working fluid located inside bushing. Water supplied under pressure into internal space of bushing formed by walls of bushing and face lids is used as working fluid. Water is completely removed after formation of antifriction film. Water is completely removed by evaporation. Proposed process allows service life of friction units to be prolonged thanks to more reliable attachment of antifriction film with reference to bearing surface, especially when friction units endure dynamic loads. EFFECT: prolonged service life of plain bearings. 3 cl, 2 dwg
