FIELD: production of laminated plastics. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting grooves in carrier surface of products; fixing antifriction polymeric film in carrier surface by pressing film portions in grooves; filling remaining volume of grooves with liquid polymeric composition and hardening it. Pressing of film portions into grooves is performed by expanding antifriction polymeric film by means of flexible member, which remains fixed in groove. Preliminarily compressed metal split ring may be used as flexible member. Method allows service life of friction parts and units to be improved by reliable fixation of antifriction film relative to carrier surface of base, in particular, during operation of friction parts and units with dynamic loads. EFFECT: wider range of antifriction products, simplified manufacture method and prolonged service life. 2 cl, 2 dwg
