FIELD: mechanical engineering; containers.

SUBSTANCE: proposed bucket has cover whose shaped rounding edge is made for locking connection with rounding flange made on edge of container housing and projecting outwards so that free end rim of rounding edge of cover in locked position is covered by section of container rounding flange and is provided with pawl designed for fixed lifting of cover on peripheral section which is arranged along path of container rounding flange interrupting the flange with possibility of turning relative to flange so that its rim pointed from axis of turning moves from its locked position coinciding with rounding flange of container corresponding to fixed position of cover into position of cover raised up from container housing. To make such a bucket whose opening mechanism provides optimum handling at more smooth unlocking and raising of cover, pawl is connected with peripheral end rim of container rounding flange for turning around axis of turning which is approximately square to horizontal plane of cover. Pawl, on its inner longitudinal rim partially closed by rounding edge of cover has curvilinear rim which comes into engagement with free end rim of rounding edge of cover.

EFFECT: provision of easy handling of bucket.
