FIELD: metallurgy, namely melting high-grade alloy steels with use of aggregate for complex treating of steel.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of melting billet in steel melting aggregate; draining it to ladle while adding to ladle part of reducing agents, alloying components and of covering slag components; treatment in aggregate for complex treatment of steel at adding remained part of components of covering slag, reducing agents and alloying components; refining semi-finished product for providing desired parameters of product under layer of lime-clayey slag. Before treatment in aggregate for complex treatment of steel and during such treatment but before refining process, components of covering lime-clayey slag are added to ladle. Before refining, lime-containing material is added to ladle for producing lime-clayey slag.

EFFECT: shortened time period of treating in aggregate for complex treatment of steel.
