FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes oxidizing smelting in one melting unit of liquid feed alloyed with non-oxidized elements which is decarburated to content of carbon of 0.03-0.08%. Liquid deoxidizing alloying component and synthetic slag at ratio of CaO to SiO2 equal to 0.5-1.0 are molten in other melting unit. Then they are tapped to ladle to which liquid feed is poured; melt thus obtained is mixed and is subjected to treatment in steel complex treatment unit till required chemical composition has been obtained. This method is used for making complex high-alloy steels especially low-carbon steel at carbon content lesser than 0.10%.
EFFECT: reduction of labor consumption.
