FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alloy for deoxidation and alloying comprising the following components, wt.-%: carbon, 0.15-0.35; silicon, 2-3; manganese, 0.25-0.40; chrome, 41-46; nickel, 1.0-3.2; vanadium, 0.5-0.8; niobium, 0.5-0.7; molybdenum, 0.25-1.0, and iron, the balance. Alloy comprises additionally tungsten in the concentration 2.5-3.5 wt.-%. Invention provides the development of alloy balanced by its chemical composition wherein in its smelting waste of high-alloy steels is used and this alloy comprises deoxidizing and alloying components taken in the amounts excluding their losses in alloy smelting. Also, invention provides the minimal duration in treatment of liquid semi-finished product in aggregate of the steel complex treatment, electric energy and neutral gas consumption, and high resistance of fettling in pouring ladles. Invention can be used in smelting low- and medium-carbon high-alloy steel.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of alloy.
