FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to contactless magnetic gearboxes, and can be used as a transmission device in mechanical systems with longer service life under impact loads. Magnetic gear has housing 1, bearing shields 2, 3 with bearings 4–7, inlet 8 and output 10 shafts, annular magnetic conductors 11, 12 installed on bearing shields and made of ferromagnetic tape. Rotor-inductor is mechanically connected to input shaft 8 and has high-coercive permanent magnets 13 in the form of sectors magnetized axially with alternating polarity. Stator alternating disks 20 and rotor disks 21 have ferromagnetic and nonmagnetic sectors and are located between rotor-inductor and annular magnetic conductor. Rotor disks 21 are fitted on rotor bush 22 engaged with output shaft 10. Number of ferromagnetic sectors of stator zc and rotor sectors zp correspond to equality zc=zp±2p, p is number of pole pairs of rotor-inductor. Wedges 23 are connected with ring 19 of rotor-inductor. Shift shaft 9 is located inside the input shaft on a sliding fit. Stator and rotor disks are divided into several circular strips the average radii of which are proportional to the whole natural numbers equal to the ferromagnetic sectors of the rotor per one pole division. Radial dimension of the permanent magnet is equal to the radial width of the strip.
EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of changing gear ratio.
