SUBSTANCE: safety device contains supporting extensive element and ribbon with warning marks held on it. Ribbon is made of material and with profile of working surface, both providing possible observation of blinks when lighted by artificial or natural light sources. Working surface profile may be made in form of a hologram or reflective hologram diffraction pattern, or structures with sharp-tipped or/and rounded tip, or part of lens, or part of phase zone plate, or part of Fresnel lens of material with refraction coefficient 3% greater than refraction coefficient of material of ribbon, or with reflective layer, applied to back surface of each lens, zone plate, Fresnel lens or their parts, providing for reflection of radiation on their surfaces in at least one direction.
EFFECT: increased efficiency when providing safety to people and animals.
