FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying dosed mechanical action upon limited skin area with concurrently irradiating given skin area with pulsating luminous flow in infrared bandwidth and measuring luminous flow reflected from mechanically treated skin area. Two neighboring pulses amplitudes are compared. Skin flexibility is estimated from time interval determined on neighboring pulse amplitudes difference reaching zero value. Residual skin deformations are additionally estimated from amplitude difference of luminous flow reflected before mechanical skin treatment and the last measured pulse. Device has mechanical treatment indenter having drive. The first skin touch transducer output is connected to clock pulse oscillator input. The second output is connected to device power supply source. The first clock pulse oscillator output is connected to light source optically connected to photoreceiver which output is connected to analog-to-digital converter input via amplifier. The first output of the analog-to-digital converter is connected to the first processor input the first output of which is connected to the first clock pulse shaper input, and the second output of which is connected to the second clock pulse shaper input. Outputs of the first and the second clock pulse shaper are connected to the first and the second inputs of time counter register. The second clock pulse shaper output is connected to the third time counter register input which input is connected to the first indicator input. The second output of the analog-to-digital converter is connected to the first memory unit input, which output is connected to the first input of the comparison unit input. The third output of the analog-to-digital converter unit 9 is connected to input of the second memory unit which output is connected to the second output of the comparison unit input. Output of the comparison unit is connected to t2 process input. The third processor output is connected to the second indicator input. The first, the second and the third control outputs of the processor are connected to control inputs of the first and the second memory units and comparison unit, respectively.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measurements.
