FIELD: soft hermetic marine containers for liquid.
SUBSTANCE: according to first version, proposed container has elongated soft tubular structure made from seamless textile fabric; it has front and rear ends and devices for ensuring tightness of structure, device for sealing-up front and rear ends and device for loading and unloading cargo and at least one flexible longitudinal stiffening girder running along length of tubular structure. Stiffening girder is made integral with tubular structure where pressure may be raised or released. According to second version, proposed container is provided with reinforcing members interwoven in cloth of structure at definite interval integral with it in longitudinal direction of tubular structure. According to third version, front end of tubular structure is flattened, folded and sealed-up forming structure similar to ship's bow and perpendicular to water surface where container floats. According to fourth version, proposed container has at least two elongated soft tubular structures. According to fifth version, proposed container has at least one flexible longitudinal stiffening girder which runs along length of tubular structure. Stiffening girder is held inside collar woven according to seamless technology integral with said tubular structure along its length. Pressure inside stiffening girder may be raised and released . According to sixth version, proposed container has longitudinal pockets made integral with fabric and provided with respective longitudinal reinforcing members running along length of tubular structure and circular pockets provided with respective circular reinforcing members running over circumference of tubular structure and made integral with it. Method of application of coat on tubular structure includes placing the lining on its inner surface to avoid sticking of sections of this surface, sealing-up open ends of tubular structure, applying the coat on outer surface of tubular structure, hardening of coat to state when tubular structure may be inflated, removal of lining and inflating of tubular structure. According to second version, application of coat includes application of coat on outer surface of tubular structure made from material possessing the property of lamination, inflating the tubular structure for separation of stuck sections. According to third version, use is made of devices excluding contact of sections of inner and outer surfaces of tubular structure during application of coat on its inner or outer surface. Method of making tight elongated soft tubular structure includes interweaving of fiber or its component into fabric of tubular structure having low melting point; use is also made of heating device for heating the fabric and applying pressure to it for melting the fiber or its component for forming such structure whose voids are filled excluding sticking of surface before hardening of structure.
EFFECT: avoidance of yawing of container during towing.
