FIELD: bulk cargo transportation and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transportation and storage of bulk cargo in flexible containers with a carrying capacity of 14 tons or more, such as bulk building materials, raw materials for the metallurgical industry, chemical industry products, food and other goods. The design of a soft container for transportation and storage of bulk cargo contains a power grid with lifting loops, an insert located in the grid with a loading sleeve in its upper part and an unloading sleeve in its bottom part, respectively, upper and lower mounting frames, a bottom with a hole and a a rim element aligned with the discharge opening of the container, while the liner is made of PVC fabric or Oxford material with a polymer coating, the parts of the liner are connected by welding along the edges, the liner and the mesh in the upper part of the container are connected by a detachable connection, one part of which is connected to the tapes power grid, and the other - with an insert by welding. In the first option of the invention, the detachable connection of the liner with the mesh is a strip welded along the upper edge of the liner, made of PVC fabric or Oxford material coated with polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane, on which tapes with loops are sewn to connect with power grid tapes. In the second option of the invention, the detachable connection of the liner with the mesh is a series of strips of PVC fabric or Oxford material coated with polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane, welded to the upper edge of the liner with the formation of loops, through which looped tapes are threaded to connect with power grid tapes. In the third option of the invention, the detachable connection of the liner to the mesh is a series of strips of PVC fabric or Oxford material coated with polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane, welded to the upper edge of the liner and to which tapes with loops are sewn to connect with power grid tapes. In the fourth option of the invention, the detachable connection of the liner with the mesh is a strip welded along the upper edge of the liner, made of PVC fabric or Oxford material coated with polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane, in which loops are made, and through these loops a tape is passed around the entire circumference of the liner, which is connected to the tape, which is passed through the loops around the circumference of the power grid. In the fifth option of the invention, the detachable connection of the liner with the mesh is a series of strips welded along the upper edge of the liner, made of PVC fabric or Oxford material coated with polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane, with the formation of loops through which the tape is passed around the entire circumference of the liner, which is connected with a tape that is passed through the loops around the circumference of the power grid.
EFFECT: simplification of production by eliminating the need for a sewing process when forming the liner and connecting it to the power grid, as well as the use of adhesives when sealing the seams.
