FIELD: building industry; materials and the methods of production of the protective coatings for the building constructions and structures.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building industry, in particular, to production of the rubber-polymeric materials and to the waterproof and roofing materials and may be used for protection of the foundations at building-up of the buildings and buildings, the filtrationproof shields at erection of the geotechnical nature protection facilities, for example - the TBO sanitarian polygons, recultivation of the existing dumps. The material is made out of the basic composition, which contains the copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate - sevylen with the contents of the vinyl acetate of 5-20 %, the primary low-density polyethylene or the mixture of the primary low-density polyethylene and the secondary low-density polyethylene, TIRP rubber powder with the maximum size of the particles of the rubber powder of not exceeding 0.5 mm. At that the share of the particles with the size less than 0.5 mm makes the contents of particles of no more than 30 %. The method of production of the indicated material includes the stages of mixing, homogenization, plastication of the components, formation of the billet of the indicated material, refrigeration and the billet coiling in the roller. At that before mixing of the components the TIRP rubber powder is preliminary subjected to drying at the temperature of 70-85 °С. The molding of the billet is conducted according to the extrusive process engineering. At that the mixing, homogenization and plastication of the components conduct simultaneously in each of two compound mixers operating in turn. The technical result of the invention is improvement of the physical-mechanical filtrationproof and rheological characteristics of the material.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved physical-mechanical filtrationproof and rheological characteristics of the material.
