FIELD: chemistry of polymers, more particularly manufacture of hydroinsulating and roofing materials, floor coatings, that is, materials for protection of foundations, roofs, and floors of various building structures. SUBSTANCE: material comprises main composition which contains (wt parts): polyolefin (mixture of polyolefins), 10-60 and rubber crumb having particle size of predominantly not greater than 1 mm, 40-90. Composition further comprises ПЭНП (ПЭНП mixtures, including domestic waste) with ПТР from 0.2 to 10.0 g/10 min, and various desired additives. Method comprises mixing composition components, molding roll half-finished product using calender or extrusion technology, and cooling the resulting half-finished product. Al operations of method are carried out at certain temperature conditions. Rigid sheet material of different design of surface, including that imitating tile, can be obtained.
