FIELD: production of the chemical-photographic materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the chemical-photographic materials used for production of the photoforms - photomasks with the help of the laser etching automatic control units. The material represents the polyethyleneterephthalate basis (PET-base), on which the laser radiation sensitive layer - the receiving layer is deposited. The receiving layer is produced by deposition on the PET-base of the composition based on the organic solvents and its subsequent drying. The quality of etching of the receiving layer and, therefore, the quality of the produced photoforms highly depends on the strength of the adhesion of the receiving layer to the PET-base. The problem is to increase the adhesion strength of the of the receiving layer to the PET-base. The problem in view is solved by usage of the underlayer to the PET-base, which consists of the composition based on the organic solvents, in which as the polymeric component use the saturated polyester resins representing oligomeric esters of the phthalic acids and the polyalcohols - ethylene glycol, either glycerin, or pentaerythrite, or their mixture, and one of the organic solvents is N-methyl pyrrolidone.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased adhesion strength of the receiving layer to the polyethyleneterephthalate basis (PET-base).
