FIELD: methods for protecting against oxidation at high temperature metallic parts having ducts and cavities.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of providing contact at least of gaseous matter containing compounds of aluminum with surfaces of part placed in chamber while using argon or helium as carrier gas. Pressure of carrier gas is selected in such a way that mean length of free travel of its molecules at least by two times exceeds such value for argon molecules at atmospheric pressure. In concrete designs of invention metallic part is made with ducts having at least near outer opening diameter increased in outside direction.
EFFECT: possibility for protecting by aluminizing outer and inner surfaces of metallic parts of turbo-machine, reduced excess thickness of deposited layer in level of openings and(or) cavities.
