LOCK FOR FORMWORK MEMBER CONNECTION Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC E04G17/07 

FIELD: building, particularly to connect formwork members at right angle one to another.

SUBSTANCE: lock is made as clip including two jointed semi-clips, which may slide with respect to each other. Clamping cams are arranged on semi-clip arms. Each semi-clip includes base and arm. Arm has T-shaped or H-shaped profile with cross-section varying along arm length.

EFFECT: increased lock strength due to optimal shapes of structural members thereof, reduced contact stresses applied to formwork members to be connected from the side of lock cams, increased functionality due to possibility to connect practically all forming members of formwork assemblage with the use of invented lock, improved geometrical assemblage accuracy due to enhanced alignment of members to be connected, improved operational abilities, for instance enhanced dirt removal from aligning panels, elimination of lock assembling and disassembling during formwork mounting or dismounting.
