FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger comprises housing with branch pipes for supplying and discharging condensate, water chamber with branch pipes for supplying and discharging water to be heated, and pipe bank with built-in cooler of condensate whose casing is made of horizontal and vertical sheets. The pipe bank of the condensate cooler is mounted inside the housing under the pipe desk of the condensation zone. The additional water chamber underlies the pipe bank of the condensate cooler and is connected with the bottom part of the housing. The openings made over the height of the vertical sheets of the casing of the condensate cooler are connected with the collector through pipelines provided with valves. The collector is mounted outside of the housing of the heat exchanger. The bottom part of the condenser is connected with the bottom part of the heat exchanger housing through the pipeline.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
