FIELD: heating water; heat exchange apparatus of low-pressure regenerative systems of steam turbines and heat supply systems; heating water due to condensation of steam on heat-exchange surfaces. SUBSTANCE: proposed preheater includes water chamber with water inlet and outlet branch pipes, housing with steam supply branch pipe, condensate discharge branch pipe, tube system with rigidity baffles, chute and perforated air evacuating pipe. First-pass tubes are arranged in chute; lower portion of baffles is welded to chute bottom. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and economical efficiency. 2 dwg
