FIELD: devices for mating and subsequent unmating of electrical connecting elements between the detachable bays of space vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: the claimed unit has two parts of the connector with the engageable elements of the electrical connectors, unfixing drive and a guide pin. The first connector part is fastened on the bay, and the second one is coupled to the first one by the central lock mechanism and is engageable with the object being unmated with the aid of pins. The guide pin is fastened is fastened in one and is engageable by the free part with the hole surface of the other part of the connector. The central lock mechanism has a sleeve, guide with a bottom and a rod. The sleeve is fastened by a cylindrical base on the second part of the connector, and is provided with a spherical tip. The guide with the bottom is installed on the first part of the connector, and is engageable by the inner surfaces made in the form of cylinders of larger and smaller diameters respectively with the cylindrical base and the spherical tip of the sleeve. The rod is positioned inside the sleeve, spring-loaded relative to the guide bottom, provided with a stop of axial motion, and a component with a stop of axial motion, and a component with a spherical bearing surface engageable with the guide bottom, it has a spherical end-piece on its free end. The mentioned end-piece is engageable with the spherical surfaces of the catches of the unfixing drive positioned on the second part of the connector. The return motion stops are installed on one of the parts of the connector for engagement with its other part and displacement after unmating of the mentioned parts. The pins are provided with spherical supports made for engagement with the second part of the connector, they are installed in the second part of the connector with a clearance and are provided with dampers. The free section of the guide pin is made with a spherical bearing surface.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of unmating of electrical connectors.
