FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has measuring instrument, means for recording tissue tension, tie-rod for making connection to tissues and supporting platform having guide members. The guides are connected to spring-loaded carriage. The carriage is fixable and movable along scale. The scale serves for measuring tissue elongation. Movable pressing member interconnected to the tie-rod is available on the carriage. The measuring instrument is engageable with movable pressing member. It is designed as electromechanical transducer having output connected to tension-recording means via amplifier. The tie-rod has hook and is manufactured as loop or frame. Cross size of the loop or frame in the area adjacent to the hook is not less than ¼ of the loop or frame.
