FIELD: railway engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control and measuring equipment and can be used to monitor the condition of long-length objects, namely extended load-bearing structures in the form of a rail gauge of a railway track, as well as to measure natural or forced vibrations of elastic objects, for example rails and wheels of rolling stock. The stand includes a rail-sleeper grid attached to the base by brackets, strain gauges installed on the rail neck of the rail-sleeper grid on both sides, for measuring the deformation of the rail. Stops with hydraulic jacks for longitudinal loading of the rails are installed on one of the end sides of the rail grid to the ends of the rails. At the same time, the stops are made with the possibility of installing traction units in them to change the direction of longitudinal loading of the rails, also strain-resistant force sensors with balls are installed in the stops to control the amount of force applied to the rails. Vibration transducers are installed on the rails to measure the own and forced vibrations of the rails, strain gauges are glued next to the vibration transducers to measure the longitudinal and bending deformations of the rails, a noise meter microphone is installed in the immediate vicinity of the rails to measure the sound pressure level, and a fiber-optic cable is installed along the rails to measure vibrations arising from the natural and forced vibrations of the rails.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of detection and identification of defects in rails and wheels of rolling stock, as well as the simultaneous assessment of the longitudinal stress in the rails of continuous welded rail track.
