SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out intranasal reconstructive-restorative operation, restore the function of auditory tube and fulfill tympanoplasty. Moreover, tympanoplasty and intranasal operation should be conducted simultaneously, and restoration of auditory tube's function should be started on the 1^st d after surgical interference. Reconstruction of auditory tube's function should be fulfilled with the help of a catheter remained in the cavity of mastoid process during surgical interference and, also, due to introducing medicinal preparations into tympanic cavity for 4-5 d and performing finger-action massage of auditory tube's isthmus faucium followed by a 3-fold daily intake of a glass of water for 15-20 d at holding a patient's nose. The innovation enables to carry out a single-stage treatment and reconstruct ventilation and drainage functions of auditory tube in postsurgical period.
