FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology. Infiltration anesthesia is carried out with 2 % naropin into the nasopharyngeal anastomosis of the Eustachian tube under the control of endoscope 0° 4 mm. A vertical incision is made in the area of the posterior portion of the tubular roll with a length corresponding to a slit-like opening of the pharyngeal mouth of the auditory tube. Then the medial portion of the tubular roller mucosa is captured and pulled up towards the pharynx until complete visualization of the auditory tube mouth. A detectable excess of the mucous membrane is incised and its edge is fixed by two sutures to the opposite edge of the incision.
EFFECT: method enables eliminating stable acoustic tube dysfunction, avoiding the risk of cicatrical narrowing of the pharyngeal mouth of the auditory tube in the postoperative period, recovering the drainage function of the auditory tube in the postoperative period, avoiding flotation of the mucous membrane due to formation of a postoperative edema.
