Abstract RU 2294243 C1

FIELD: cleaning of inert finely-dispersed medium from admixtures of strong magnetic, weak magnetic, paramagnetic and diamagnetic current-conducting particles; concentration of ore wastes in mining industry; food-processing industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed separator has adjustable vibration bin for delivery of initial material and external drum made from dielectric material; it is made in form of working member which may be locked in any position relative to magnetic system. Magnetic system consists of external non-magnetic drum and internal drum made from magnetic material and provided with rows of permanent magnet units secured radially on it.

EFFECT: avoidance of forming of magnetic flocculi; enhanced separation of free particles and aggregations.
