FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of frost-resistant elastomers that can be used for manufacturing various-type sealing rubber parts as well as to a method of obtaining such rubber compound. Propylene oxide-based composition additionally contains paste based on jointly activated natural zeolites and dibutyl phthalate at ratio 70:30. Rubber based rubber compound further contains stearic acid, zinc oxide, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, thiuram disulfide, carbon black P-803, and sulfur .Paste is prepared on planetary mill. Rubber compound is prepared by mixing components between rolls.
EFFECT: enabled manufacture of cured rubber with elevated oil resistance and low residual compression deformation.
