FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber industry, in particular to development of epichlorohydrin-based rubber, and can be used in automotive, oil-producing and oil-refining industry. Rubber mixture contains the following, pts.wt: Hydrin T-6000 – 100.00, sulfur – 1.5, technical carbon N774 – 65.0–80.0, zinc oxide – 3.0, magnesium oxide – 1.0, stearic acid – 1.5, dibutyl sebacate – 10.0, 6PPD – 1.0–1.5, 4010 – 1.0–1.5, zinc dibutyl dithiocarbamate – 0.0–1.0, diphenyl guanidine – 0.5–1.0 at non-passage, Captax – 1 , 5, thiuram – 1.5.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain rubber with high frost resistance and oil resistance at satisfactory level of elastic-strength properties.
