FIELD: polymer materials and radioelectronics engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing polymer compositions capable of absorbing high-frequency energy in microwave devices. Polymer composition including polymer and absorbing filler is provided, which is characterized by that polymer is synthetic low-molecular weight dimethylsiloxane rubber (15-25 wt parts), absorbing filler is Alsifer powder fraction not larger than 63 μm (75-85 wt parts), and composition additionally contains cold-cure catalyst no.68 (0.6-1.0).
EFFECT: extended operational temperature range, increased microwave signal decay time, increased resistance to 98% humidity at 40°C and salt mist.
