FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: polymer composite material for absorbing high-frequency energy contains, pts.wt: synthetic low-molecular weight dimethylsiloxane rubber SKTN 15-20, high-molecular weight rubber SKT 3-4, ethyl silicate selected from ethyl silicate-40 and ethyl silicate-32 2-3, polymethylsiloxane selected from PMS-50 and PMS-200 up to 3, powdered Al-Si-Fe fraction with particle size of not more than 63 mcm 75-85, cold curing catalyst K-68 1.0-1.5, polyethylene polyamine up to 1.0. Described also is a method of producing the polymer composite material, which involves mixing components in the following sequence: the powdered Al-Si-Fe fraction is mixed with a mixture of low-molecular weight dimethylsiloxane rubber SKTN, high-molecular weight rubber SKT and ethyl silicate, where the mixture optionally contains polymethylsiloxane liquid. The obtained mixture is held for 24 hours, followed by addition of the catalyst or a mixture thereof with polyethylene polyamine.
EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of the polymer composite material, preventing air pockets in the hardened material.
