FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy, namely production of aluminum by electrolysis.
SUBSTANCE: shelter of aluminum cell with fired anodes includes horizontal board having П-shaped ports for anode holders and sealing members arranged along end and lateral sides of each П-shaped port. Sealing members are cylindrical ones, they are freely mounted onto inclined plates and are provided with members allowing their limited motion relative to П-shaped port. Ends of sealing members placed at lateral sides of П-shaped members have cone-like or ball-like tapered portions at side of introducing anode holders to П-shaped ports.
EFFECT: improved fluid-tightness degree, operational reliability and increased useful life period of aluminum cell.
