SUBSTANCE: device comprises auger screw 1, conical working head 5 with auger scroll 4, circular vibration oscillator, reducing gear 6 and electric motor 10. Auger screw 1 and conical working head 5 with auger scroll 4 are rigidly fastened one relatively another. Auger crew and auger scroll have unidirectional threads. Circular vibration oscillator is made as axle 8 with at least one eccentric weight 3. The axle extends along longitudinal conical working head axis and rotates in bearings 3. The bearings 3 have supports fixed to conical working head 5. Conical working head surface is also provided with longitudinal ribs 9.

EFFECT: increased speed and hole wall quality.
