FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction, namely to devices for trenchless arrangement of wells and tunnels in soil. Device for making of wells in soil comprises cone working tip, made at least of three sections - back, medium and front, cone expander, auger spiral of sections, having single directivity of winding, vibrator of circular oscillations. Cone expander is made with cavity and has a toe cam with perforation, holes for soil intake into cavity and soil-cutting elements. Cavity of cone expander is equipped with soil-directing devices. Vibrator of circular oscillations is made at least of three shafts, common for all sections, which are kinematically connected to each other, by means of gear transmission, with single-sided oriented eccentrics of shafts arranged in the part of middle section. At the same time shafts on sections of front and back sections are equipped with bearings, races of which are installed in brackets that are rigidly fixed to their sections, and eccentrics of shafts are equipped with bearings, races of which are located on power element, which is fixed on middle section by means of adjustable elastic hanger bracket. Pneumatic wheels are fixed on shafts with the possibility of their frictional interaction with toe cam with perforation of cone expander. Conical fill pipeline with guide pipe arranged along its axis with perforation and auger spiral is fixed on cone expander. Front end of guide pipe with perforation is installed in end support arranged on cone expander, and back end is installed in external support made with mechanism of hole making direction changing and mechanism of separate controlled braking of conical fill pipeline and guide pipe with perforation with the possibility of external support movement together with device for hole making in soil. Conical fill pipeline and guide tube with perforation are kinematically interconnected by means of motor gear, at the same time external support is made with the possibility of shifting mechanism of separate controlled braking with change of angular directivity of guide tube with perforation.
EFFECT: widening application field, namely not only for making holes of large diametre, but also for tunnels.
