FIELD: construction, particularly for trenchless well forming in ground.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises conical working head provided with auger spiral 9, annular oscillation vibrator, auger screw 1, reduction gear 14 and electric motor 17. The conical working head includes at least three separate sections, namely rear 18, central 24 and front 27 ones. Connected to rear section 18 are reduction gear 14 and electric motor 17. The front section 27 is combined with conical reamer 30 and auger screw 1 fixedly fastened thereto. Auger spiral 9 has the same hand in all device sections. Annular oscillation vibrator includes shaft 3 for all three sections 18, 24, 27 and is rotated by electric motor 17 through reduction gear 14. The shaft 3 has central section 24 eccentric 6 and may freely run in bearings 2 included in front section 27. Bearing supports 31 are fixedly secured to the section. Bearings 21 are pressed on eccentric 6 and carry support bush 8 adapted to connect at least one tubeless tire 22 with disc 25 provided with orifices 20. Orifices 20 are in register with orifices 16 of bush 8. Gaskets 10 are arranged between eccentric 6 and support bush 8. Two power fingers 4 and power separator 11 are arranged on end surfaces 5 facing each other and spaced equal distanced from section axis so that the fingers and separator lie in diametrical line. The power separator has four orifices 26 spaced equal distances from separator center and lying in two perpendicular separator diametrical lines. Each separator orifice has width equal to power finger 4 diameter and length extending along power separator 11 radius and equal to double distance of maximal possible mutual section displacement during device operation. At least four round orifices for ball rest receiving are formed on power separators. End surfaces 5 facing each other are provided with flexible annular members 23. Each annular member 23 edge is fastened to corresponding end surface 5. Shaft 3 has air channel 12 connected to support bush 8 orifices by air lines 19 and to central section 24 interior through air lines 19 having lesser diameters. The shaft 3 is provided with thread and tension nut 29. Air valve 15 is installed on end surface 5 of rear section 18.
EFFECT: improved traction performance characteristics and possibility of device usage within wide ground density range.
