FIELD: air conditioning and ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises sprinkling chamber provided with the pad for water and mounted inside the air duct provided with fan. The chamber receives cross-shaped turbine arranged perpendicular to the flow and secured to the shaft. The turbine has blades made of a hygroscopic material. The inlet of the sprinkling chamber is connected with a Venturi pipe. The sprinkling chamber has a by-pass air duct with the flow controller that connects the neck of the Venturi pipe and space of the sprinkling chamber downstream of the cross-shaped turbine.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of heating and humidifying of air.
