SUBSTANCE: invention method involves the following stages at which: liquid dispersion is performed by the vortex first air flow; sprayed liquid is delivered to input of the mixing chamber; the second air flow is tangentially supplied to mixing chamber, this flow is swirled with creation of the spiral motion together with the sprayed liquid in the casing of the said chamber; air/liquid mixture flow is supplied in the Venturi tube confusor; and the third air flow is tangentially supplied in the Venturi tube, the flow is swirled with creation of the spiral motion, wherein the third air flow is supplied such, that direction of its swirling is opposite to direction of swirling of the air/liquid mixture flow, and pitches of the spiral motion of the said flows are different. Besides the device implementing the described method is suggested.

EFFECT: invention ensures high degree of intensification of heat-mass-exchange processes, and degree of water intake, thus reducing dimensions of the air conditioners, and their materials and power consumption.
