SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger comprises casing provided with supplying and discharging branch pipes, tube banks provided with collectors mounted at their ends, and baffles mounted inside the casing. The supplying and discharging branch pipes are connected with the collectors. The casing is made of two concentric cylinders. The pipes are made of unclosed rings.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reduced sizes.
