FIELD: heating equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat equipment and can be used for the heat exchangers manufacturing, mainly for the vehicles internal combustion engines. Tube and shell heat exchanger comprising a shell, in which the heat exchange tubes bundle with cooling fins is placed, by the tubes ends fixed in the tube sheets through holes, wherein the tubes ends are protruding beyond the sheet, and the annular space is divided by the transverse partitions that form the cooling circuit with inter-tubular medium inlet and outlet branch pipes, and the inter-tubular medium inlet and outlet manifolds, connected to the shell flanges on the heat exchanger both sides. Shell and tube sheets are made of sheet metal with openings for the heat exchange tubes passage, and are welded together to ensure tightness and strength, at that, the heat exchange tubes protruding ends are pressed against the shell through the spacing bushings by the flaring method, and from the outside the shell, tube sheets and the heat exchange tubes ends are pressed together with the heat-resistant composite material.

EFFECT: increase in the tubes to the tube sheet connection reliability while reducing the heat exchanger manufacturing complexity.
