FIELD: non-destructive control utilizing visual-optical and/or television means, possible use for controlling internal hollows of various products in defense, air and space equipment engineering and other industrial branches.
SUBSTANCE: endoscope features external body made in form of thin-walled pipe, on external surface of which along its generatrix a linear scale is applied. Inside the pipe the body of endoscope itself is located with its possible linear movement along the pipe by means of micrometric mechanism with movement indicator. Movement indicator is mounted on the pipe of external body. Flat mirror is mounted on the end of external body at an angle of 45° to optical axis of endoscope. Diameter of external body D, focus distance of additional micro-lens of endoscope f'k, distance to point of intersection of mirror with optical axis of endoscope t and maximal depth Hmax of defect being measured are connected by relation f'к≥t+D/2+Hmax+Δ, where Δ - structural gap between external additional body of endoscope and surface being controlled.
EFFECT: possible measuring of depth of defects on side surfaces of hollows into which endoscope is inserted.
