FIELD: visual sensors engineering.
SUBSTANCE: endoscope for visual searching and measuring three-dimensional defects has body, in which lighting light guide, object-glass, image transfer channel, linear scale ocular are placed, as well as device for fixing endoscope on the object with possible three-dimensional movement and rotation relatively to endoscope longitudinal axis and respective indicators of these movements. Image transfer channel is made in form of regular light guide or micro TV camera. Endoscope additionally has beam splitter placed between linear scale and ocular, non-transparent mask with a cut, lighting means for its lighting, and additional micro-lens. Mask with cut is placed perpendicularly to the axis passing through point of crossing of beam splitter with endoscope optical axis and perpendicularly to it, and optically coupled to linear scale. Additional micro-lens is inserted by means of remote mechanism into beams path before endoscope objective and placed in endoscope body on its optical axis in such a way, that its focal plane in series matches outer and inner surfaces of defect during process of focusing movements of endoscope.
EFFECT: higher precision and evenness of lighting.
